What is the best Sunday Champagne Brunch in Las Vegas

I'll soon be headed to Las Vegas and I'd love to enjoy the best Sunday Champagne Brunch. A number of years ago I went to the Bally's Sterling Brunch and loved it, but I'm wondering if this is still the best of the bunch for a Champagne Brunch.

I've read about Bellagio, Wynn, and others but need some up to date help here.

Any help would be appreciated.

My husband and I were in Vegas a few weeks ago, and went to the Spice Champagne Brunch Buffet, and enjoyed it. depends on what you would like to eat, we enjoyed the variety at the buffet. I think we paid just under $30pp

I'm usually quivering like a chihuahua and all I want is a strong, spicy bloody and a greasy cheeseburger with fries..

Been to the Wynn buffet and it is lovely.

Four Seasons, hands down. Great menu or buffet to chose from. Donuts being made fresh as you walk in.

What will the Four Seasons weekend breakfast buffet set you back? We're going to be in Vegas the last weekend of February, staying at the Luxor. Could be a nice Sunday brunch option nearby.

I've never woken up early enough on Sunday in Vegas to go to brunch.
