French Butter in LA?

does anyone know where i can find french butter in LA? jean-yves bordier would be amazing.

There is a place, now bear with me, I forgot the name, on Robertson and Oakwood-ish...Petrossian?? Something like that? It may be caviar or something....But it looks small and cute, like it might be very French, and would maybe sell specialty items...anyone know what I'm talking about?

You can get some at La Brea Bakery on Wlshire just north of La Brea. I think they have more than one kind.

Surfas has a small selection but not jean-yves bordier.

You might try the Beverly Hills Cheese Store? Just a hunch.

I've heard about that butter but have never found it. However, I've found some superior buerres at Marcel Marceau market and cafe at The Farmers Market at Third & Fairfax. You might also inquire at Maison et Cafe on La Brea and I've sometimes found buerre in a tub at Bristol Farms in Beverly Hills on Beverly.

Try Whole Foods. They have a bunch of foreign butters including several French in the WF on Arroyo Prkwy in Pasadena.
