Best place to eat in Bellagio?

I'm going to see 'O' for the second time and was looking to eat somewhere in Bellagio afterwards. I don't have a budget in mind but I don't think any of us want any tasting menus...not sure if this eliminates Michael Mina, Picasso, etc. I'm interested to hear people's opinions on the best restaurant in Bellagio? Also, thoughts on Sensi and Prime (I only ask because I haven't heard as much about them as some of the other restaurants there)?

Thanks for your help!

Okay, it's been a few years, but the best meal I've had in my life was at Picasso - loved, loved it.

Sensi is not in the same league as Michael Mina. Its ok at best. Michaels can be superb.

Each of our trips to Vegas includes a stop at Olives for the beef carpaccio. We sit at the bar and enjoy a couple of their fruit-infused vodka cocktails. Nice view of the fountains from the inside out. Can't vouch for the rest of the menu because we always get the beef.
