    Lupa, because they make the pasta dishes you could make at home and then make them amazing.

      Via Emilia, although if i remeber correctly its a penne pomodoro. Very good (although I'd wait till the summer). I also recall L'Impero having a great one I made it over to the Convivo menu

        Lupa. Straight forward with no gimmicks, but satisfying and complex enough on the flavors that you're not bored or loading up with parmesan by the end. Anyone know the recipe?
