Best pho in Atlanta

Suggestions to where the best Pho in Atlanta is?

I haven't eaten at Pho Bac, tpej; I'll try them next time I'm in town. I've always liked Pho Hoa in Asian Square (5150 Buford Highway). I'm thinking I've been eating there for at least ten years. They have excellent summer rolls, spring rolls, and various noodle bowls and noodle dishes. Sterile cafeteria-style atmosphere with harsh bright lighting, but great food at reasonable prices.

Pho Bac is the one by Penang, right? That's the one I usually go to and like. We used to hit Pho 79 a lot, but I've only been once since they moved up to Winters Chapel.

Pho Bat on Buford Hwy is excellent. (Near the intersection of Clairmont and Buford) Check out Lee's bakery too - their ban mi is to die for.
