Winter time always means things like confit, cassoulet and stock for me. So I'm taking it one at a time. Anyone seen Duck legs on sale? I usually make about 30-40 of them at a time, so a few dollars per leg make a big difference in my kitchen. Thanks in advance and everyone stay warm.

Any time I've purchased duck legs in bulk, they've come 36 to a case. You may want to check with a local store that also happens to be a meat supplier like Savenor's. See if they'll cut you a deal on a case.

i've never purchased that many at a whack, but buy them very cheaply in chinatown. maybe they'll sell you a case at a discount?
