I have heard Page Hardware in Guilford sharpens knives.

I don't know of anyone, but there are a number of mail order knife sharpening places. I just don't know who are any good! Perhaps call your local foodie joint and ask them? Good luck, and post an update when you get the job done.

If its a decent knife Never let anyone put it on a machine once there is a lip its over learn to use a stone any google will show you on video how to do it. My knives are worth $2,000 all like a straight edge razor Culinary kids can do it so can anyone.

What do you mean by "it's over" if there is a lip? What is a lip?
