Pittsburgh-type food for the Super Bowl

The Librarian Jan 24, 2009 09:14 AM

I lived in Pittsburgh until I was 11 and then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where I've lived ever since. I'm not a football fan but thought it would be fun to serve Pittsburgh-related foods for the game next Sunday. So far all I've come up with is Isaly's chipped ham (not sure I can replicate that out here), Isaly's ham salad (I've made it before), Iron City beer (which is ironically popular here), and Klondikes. Not much of a selection! Any ideas from you Hounds? Thanks!

I'm not familiar with those...I just googled them, and I'm not a fan of super rare meat. But thanks anyway!
