1/2 price wine Monday's at Stella's

Anyone catch the blurb in the Herald? Starting Monday night and every Monday night bottles of wine are 1/2 price at Stella's. Such a deal

yup -- indeed, too good to be true. went last night hoping to snag a bottle, and after Stella did the half-price deal for the first time last week, they got a call from the ABCC to cease and desist. sigh.

Don't know what manager would run that program. That is very much against the law as stated. I would expect to be hearing from the ABCC.

Get it while you can. Mass law requires any alcohol discounts to extend 7 consecutive days.

am I wrong, but is any ''discount' or 'happy hour'' or 'day'' illegal in Massachusetts?
