Recipe for Burrata?
Does anyone have a suggestion for a good vegetarian recipe that uses Burrata? I have some that is going to expire, so I would need to use it tonight!

Saw part of that too. I think they were using broccoli rabe instead of broccolini, as I seem to recall a comment about the sharpness of the greens contrasting with the rich creaminess of the cheese. I kind of came in at the end, so I wasn't sure how the garlic figured in to the earlier steps--maybe sauteed with the rabe? At any rate, it was beautiful looking platter of "bruschettoni". :-)
For the OP, the thing on Lidia's show was essentially large slices of grilled bread topped with what appeared to be (blanched and?) sauteed broccoli rabe and sauteed garlic which was then topped with split balls of burrata. I think they *might have* also drizzled a little olive oil over the top, but given the creaminess of the burrata, I wouldn't necessarily see that as a requirement.
Not a main dish, but definitely a hearty starter IMO.

If there are other things to do with burrata other than serve it up on a nice, crusty bread with a little olive oil, slices of plum tomato, fresh basil and S&P, I'd be very interested to read. This is all I ever do with burrata since it's so delicious in and of itself, I never considered serving it any other way. In fact, we're having it tonight (I have burratina) this way before our penne in vodka sauce. I love fresh mozz!

That sounds tasty--thanks! I did find a dinner-ey option I'm going to save for another day. Check this out--I haven't made it yet, but it does sound delish:

This is definitely my favorite way to eat burrata. It is so hard to get where I live that when I finally get my hands on some I celebrate it in the simplest way possible. Man I love this cheese.
