City Limits closed Westchester Mall

I was going to have lunch there today and they are closed, no sign explaining why. Does anyone know why?

Its Quality
As has been seen in other posts the Livano's empire overexpanded, and now they are seeing the results of being absentee owners. If they couldnt do it at The Westchester, with arguably their best chef and manager (long time employees) wait for the fruit to continue to fall around their "Empire"

You could be very right and correct. IMVHO perhaps it is just the economy.
Even within The Westchester and Westchester.
I have seen it in several recent news articals as well as having worked for a rest. supply company.
One of their customers: "Livano's empire".

This location is not on their website any more. Where do we eat now in the Westchester? the food court? Yikes!

The Nordstrom Cafe is not bad. Also, The Zodiac at Neiman Marcus is decent.

Is the location on Central Avenue and the one in Stamford still open?

Here's the answer to my inquiry:
The lease was almost up and the rent was extremely high. Also, the foot traffic has been at an all time low.
Central Avenue and Stamford are strong. Also, we have a new project taking place in Armonk, "The Moderne Barn," on Rt 22. Maybe towards the end of this year. Thanks for reaching out.

I second the restaurant at Neiman's -- the popovers are especially yummy. I also like that they give you a demitasse cup of chicken broth when you sit down.
