Private party for 30 people

I am planning a birthday party for @ 30 people. We would like to keep it to about $100 per person. Any suggestions? We love all types of food.

When Fogo de Chao opened about two years ago in Phila., I had a birthday party there for about 40 people. I decided on Fogo since it was new, but it was terrific b/c you don't have to worry about ordering, mixed up orders, special orders, etc. -- the food just keeps coming. And it's mostly fixed price excepting for beverages, adult or otherwise.

This may be more casual than you were looking for, but when we ate at Grey Lodge last night, they had the upstairs closed for a private party. I think they could fit 30 up there (not completely sure) and their prices are super-reasonable for really delicious bar food with some fun twists. It's in Northeast Philly. My companions commented that it seemed like a fun place for a party and we'd have to keep it in mind for the future.

Try Fork Restaurant on Market Street in Center City. They have a lovely private room, and the food and service are outstanding. The entrees are in the mid-high 20s. I think you 'll be able to keep it at $100 pp. Give them a call, I'm sure they'll work with you!

Have you contacted the Art Museum at all? They will host parties like that on occasion. Tangerine? If you want something more relaxed, check out Nodding Head Brewery...

You could check out Beau Monde - thirty might be a lot for their dining room, but they might be able to accommodate you upstairs depending on the night. Also, Bistrot la Minette has a small private room - but I am not sure of how many it seats.

We were just at a wonderful birthday party for about 30 people at Evviva, on Montgomery Avenue in Narberth. It's in a lovely old mansion, has a parking lot, flowers, etc.
The food and service were exellent.
We have hosted parties there and always been pleased. Check it out!

We had a dinner party at Rae in the Cira Center when they first opened and it was wonderful. I know that they're closed, but you might check out Gayle. I hear great things.

I don't think Gayle is big enough to accommodate 30 people.

Oh, sorry! The party needs to be in Philadelphia/Montgomery County areas.
