Tribeca lunch for 15 people

Looking for a place in Tribeca to book a luncheon for 15. Past luncheons have been at Bouley and Nobu. I am considering Il Giglio, Scalini Fedeli, Harrison, Duane Park, but am open to other suggestions. Is the Harrison still good? I used to love Duane Park Cafe long ago, but I've read that the ownership has changed.

Also, my preference is to avoid places that are participating in restaurant week (Megu is out).

Not sure if they're participating, but have you considered Matsugen?

I have and the menu is too limited for the number of people imo. Thanks though.
