Cuban in Port Chester?

nbermas Jan 20, 2009 12:02 PM

Are there any great cuban restaurant and if so where and what to order? Is it clean? There is a fabulous place I have been to in New Haven and it was clean, yummy and excellent quality food so I want some closer please. Thanks

I am unware of a Cuban restaurant located in Port Chester. While not saying that there is not one, Zagat's does not show any there:

nbermas, I don't know where you are but take a look at the thread on cuban sandwiches. The bakery at four corners in Pelham makes an outstanding cuban sandwich.

Is downtown White Plains closer for you than New Haven? Latin American Cafe is a regular restaurant with Cuban food, and it is not a dive. It's not "fancy" but the trappings are decent and the food is good.

Good call. However, I am not sure just what the OP wants or is even looking for.
LAC is included in list I provided (one has to manually click re-sort for closest locations).
OP never directly commented on it.
