Wilkinsburg

Has anyone been to Jean's Southern Cuisine in Wilkinsburg? We're thinking about the Sunday buffet. Kid-friendly? Also...same general area....there is a BBQ place on Braddock, just north of Penn. Looks like a hole in the wall, but those are usually the best!!

I have not been there yet, but the City Paper had a good review, and I have heard that there are lines out the door for the Sunday Brunch if that helps.

I've never heard a word come out of Wilkinsburg, good or bad. I live right up Penn from the main drag through and I'm constantly seeing these restaurants open and close. None of them seem to last longer than 6 months so I'd say approach with caution, but if your experience is positive, let us all know!
