I don't know if I read this recipe on the NOLA board but I definitely found it on Chowhound.
I'd like to find a bar in the area that will make this baby.  I'm assuming someplace upscale and probably attached to a restaurant.  Maybe Swizzlestick? Ritz? Where else?

      <content>Sounds a lot like Eggnog, just with frangelico added. Not a very difficult drink to make. Should be easy to find a place who can make it. You could substitute vanilla extract, probably about a 1/4 teaspoon for the vanilla bean and forgo thew heating process. Just a thought...</content>
