Spekulatius cookies!

Does anyone know where I can get Spekulatius cookies ANYWHERE in NYC or Long Island? If they were Bahlsen brand that would be ideal but any kind will do (not chocolate covered, though). I've tried over a dozen different gourmet markets/grocery stores in NYC and Long Island and can't find them because they are normally only a holiday item. If anyone has spotted these cookies anywhere, please let me know!! (My roommate had a package of them and I knocked the open package onto the floor and broke them, now he's really annoyed at me because they were sent to him from his family in Germany. I want to replace them!!) Thanks so much!!

I don't think they were Bahlsent brand but I happened to notice a small display of a few different kinds (dipped in choc, not dipped in choc, etc..) in the candy/ice cream aisle at the Pioneer supermarket on Columbus and 75th St.

      Big Lots , 212-868-1950 , 1270 Broadway , near 34th St. , New York, NY 10001
Strangely enough, found the real thing " Coppenrath Feiner Gewürz-Spekulatius "
at $ 1.60 600g (22oz). Not sure if above vendor has them, found mine in Maine

fwiw, I think it's the same brand I saw at Pioneer, also being discounted to move 'em post-Christmas. ;)

Food Emporium/Union Square had a Christmas clearance area with some a couple of weeks ago. Hope you can still find them.
