Old post but . . .
I live close to here. It is a restaurant, and as far as I can tell it's still open. (I guess it's possible it's closed very recently.) Never been, but, like p&m I am curious. The interior is a real trip. Ultra-garish Greek complete with classical statutes, etc. TVs too, I think. Prices are low. Looks like the kind of place where the clientèle hasn't changed in 20 years.

I remember eating there almost 10years ago. I had been really curious about the place for a while and then I finally stopped in to have some seafood. I can't remember what I ordered, but I do remember being extremely disappointed. I've been wondering if I should give it a try again, considering that 10 years ago I wasn't nowhere near being the chowhound that I am now.
I usually go to The Boiling Crab for my seafood fix. YUM!!!
Keep me posted, I'd be curious to try that place again.
