Blue Jay Cafe?

Anyone been there lately? I heard it has really gone downhill. I'm looking for some reasonably priced comfort food for dinner relatively close to Kaiser, if something better comes to mind...thanks!

    Americana Grill - combo Vietnamese and American food at Balboa and 29th Ave
