Breakfast near Times Square area towards Javits Center

Hi, I need help with 3 breakfasts for early mornings next week (sun, Mon, Tues.) We would love to go to something like Sarabeths for one of the mornings, but I think it is too far. Maybe CPS is close enough. We will be attending convention daily. But we enjoy fresh and healthy, not greasy and carb intensive.

HK, on the corner of 9th Av. & 39th Sts., serves breakfast. Can't comment on the quality because I've never eaten there. Perhaps Hounds who have will chime in.
