Has anyone been to this yet? It's been around for a couple of years (taking the place of the once great Watson Brothers), but I haven't checked it out yet.
I was there for lunch about a year ago. I enjoyed what I had--curry and a spring roll--but it didn't blow me away. For my money, there are better Thai restaurants in the area. It's worth a try, though, if you're tired of your current rotation of Thai places.
One thing I do recall about Apsara is their heat level. I asked for a fairly low level and the dish turned out to be mighty hot. I suspect the higher spice levels pack an even bigger punch.
