Okay, after much searching and banging my head against my monitor, I've come to ask for some help. Does anyone have a recipe for gaznates?
a google search turned up several recipes. One from Argentina in Spanish, another from Peru. They appear to be some sort of fried canoli, filled with pastry cream or dulce de leche.
