Best dishes at Fleur de Sel

Has anyone been recently and, if so, can you suggest some winners from the three course dinner menu?
Fleur de Sel has many winners, but this is what I'd go with:
Start with their ravioli
finish with the caramelized brittany crepe (granny smith) with devonshire cream
entree is up to you.
Yes, seal, we were there a few weeks ago. We did the tasting menu. Sensational! Some of the dishes on it are also on the a la carte menu. I highly recomment two appetizers, the Escargot & Polenta Gateaux and the Foie Gras & Artichoke Ravioli, both of which are unusually creative and seriously delicious. And Chef Reynaud's soups are all winners. I particularly adore the parsnip with chestnuts.
In the main course category, the poussin the rack of lamb are first-rate.
For dessert, the wonderful Caramelized Brittany Crepe is a signature dish (been on the menu since opening day). But you can't go wrong with any of the other choices because all Pastry Chef Devon McDavid's desserts are always superb!
Enjoy and Bon Appetit!
