Best dishes at Fleur de Sel
Yes, seal, we were there a few weeks ago. We did the tasting menu. Sensational! Some of the dishes on it are also on the a la carte menu. I highly recomment two appetizers, the Escargot & Polenta Gateaux and the Foie Gras & Artichoke Ravioli, both of which are unusually creative and seriously delicious. And Chef Reynaud's soups are all winners. I particularly adore the parsnip with chestnuts.
In the main course category, the poussin the rack of lamb are first-rate.
For dessert, the wonderful Caramelized Brittany Crepe is a signature dish (been on the menu since opening day). But you can't go wrong with any of the other choices because all Pastry Chef Devon McDavid's desserts are always superb!
