Tribeca pizza

candyapple13 Jan 15, 2009 06:45 AM

A few weeks (months?) ago I heard about a new pizza place opening up in Tribeca -- not just a pizza joint but a restaurant with other Italian items, decent wine, etc. Does this ring a bell to anyone? I can't for the life of me remember the name and would like to try it.

    Are you referring to Saluggi?

farinella is a new one, overpriced, good pizza, their water they use in the dough has too miuch chlorine. Grand Daisy has great pizza, by the slice,,, Cinque just opened in August has very good pizza but its a pie you must order, Dean's has good pizza, There's always Tribeca Pizza for regualr pizza on greenwich st. their sicilian pie is ok.
Then in Battery Park there is Inotessa for very good pizza, There's also a pizza restuarant next door to Columbine on W. Bway i cant think of the name but its good pizza
