Looking for good eats in Miami

I am staying at the springhill suites at 6700 NW 7th street Miami 33126. It looks pretty desolate around here. Can anybody make some local recs. near me. I am not looking to break the bank just enjoy a great meal. I enjoy all types of ethnic foods.

There's a local Italian chain Anacapri close by you - at 57th Ave and NW 7th St.

I've also heard good things about Patagonia, an Argentine restaurant in that area as well, although I've never been.

Hereford, a Venezuelan steakhouse is by NW 7th and Le Jeune (42nd Ave)

And an institution, El Palacio de los Jugos is the closest institution to you - at Flagler and 57th Avenue.

For Cuban in that part of town, my suggestion came from a relative of mine. She liked La Rosa (the restaurant - I understand that there's a restaurant and a bakery near each other) just east of Le Jeune on NW 7th Street.

How far are you willing to go? I don't know much right in that area but Tropical Chinese Restaurant is about 5 miles south off the Palmetto Expressway. You're also in about 5 miles range of 8th Street (Versailles - Cuban; Hy Vong - Vietnamese are more west on 8th St. which is closer to you) and Coral Gables (lots of options if you search this board).
