LAS VEGAS
My husband and I are going to Las Vegas in June and are looking for something OTHER than the buffets...
Any suggestions on some "can't miss" places to dine?
Thanx!

Budget? Types of food? Are you going to have a car?

No budget...any style of food...but we are big fans of a really great Steakhouse. And yes, we will have a car.

Joel Robuchon in MGM Grand. Do the 16 course tasting menu.

Not sure what you are looking for particularly but I find three absolute must-stops each time in Vegas:
Mandalay Burger Bar
In N Out Burger
Sensi @ Bellagio

With wheels a trip to Rosemary's is certainly in order. We enjoyed 2 fabulous visits weekend before last. Still the best bang for your fine dining bucks...

SW Steakhouse was Great. I think avoiding prime in the Bellagio is advised. My personal favorite steak is Del Friscos, just off the strip. I would also recommend Joes Stone Crab, excellent bone-in ribeye and bone-in filet
