Looking for roasters in St. Louis

I live in St. Louis city. Other than Straub's, who doesn't seem to know a roaster from a stewing chicken, any suggestions where I can get a fresh large, whole roaster? I'll go to the county if necessary. Thanks for any replies.

I don't know the answer, but I would try Whole Foods, and the yellow pages "Butchers".
