I’m looking for beef base browning sauce all different types of stocks, and stuff like that pretty much a haven for an aspiring young chef. BTW it needs to be as close as possible to 5th ave and prospect in park slope.

Union Street Market on Union, D'Vine on 7th also near Union and you can check out the giant supermarket on 5th Ave (with the huge parking lot) I think it is near Sterling. You could make stock and freeze it....
