Tempeh in DF
Know anywhere I can find tempeh in Mexico City? Also, looking for other non-meat options, i.e. soy ground. I tried the Guten branded mince and fajita meat that's big in stores now, but upon closer inspection, they contain meat elements. The taste and texture were both way off.

In most markets--and especially at Mercado la Merced--there will be at least one stand that sells extended soy protein. I've seen it in a number of different shapes and flavors, but I admit that I have never tried it. Lots of people also use soy chorizo rather than the standard pork; they swear they can't tell the difference.
You could also try at the Green Corner in La Condesa.
