Caboose Restaurant near Austin
I have eaten at a Restaurant near Austin, Possibly Pflugerville, where you eat in a old train car. They had the best bacon wrapped shrimp dipped in wing sauce and served with ranch dressing they called White Wings. Can anyone tell me the name of the restaurant and if they are still around??

Waterloo Ice House had a location in that general vicinity that was attached to a caboose. Outside the caboose was a playscape for the kids. I'm not sure if that was where you ate, as none of the menus on their website show that particular item. As someone suggested, I'm sure you could call them to inquire. Good luck!

My reply seems to have disappeared. If you are talking about Round Rock then for many years that was the home of La Margarita which has since moved to a new free-standing building close by. You might want to call them and see if they make this dish. There was another restaurant in that location after La Lamrgarita but they were not there long and I don't remember the name.

If this was in Round Rock along Interstate 35 I believe that it used to be La Margarita, which has since built a new freestanding restaurant very close to there, and it was some other place for a very short time and I can't remember the name of that place ..Call la Margarita and se if they make that dish.
