ISO frozen smoked/stewed beef tendon

-- like the sort one gets on a plate at Grand Sichuan for hot-pot, but in way larger quantities. I don't recall seeing this at the big Chinatown grocers like Kam Man or HK Supermarket (but could be wrong). Although one could of course stew a regular batch then freeze, if there's a shortcut I'd be grateful.

    1. Just a thought: Have you checked Deluxe, between Hester and Grand (entrances on both Elizabeth and Mott)? They have a heck of a lot of different plain raw and marinated meat items.

Yes. I have seen them at Deluxe market at the stalls right near the entrance/exit. There are Chinese "Deli Counters" on both sides of the market. The ones I have seen are usually stewed but not smoked though. These counters also sell other cooked items such as chicken, duck, roast pork, etc and also variety meats such as pig stomach and intestines...
