It's a typical chinese / american buffet. I go thereonly because my aunt will only go there. I avoid the slice-your-own-meat section and the fish-forever-on-display but it's generally acceptable. Their flan is very yummy although not eggy enough.
It's also one of two buffets in town that won't give me stomach troubles. The other is Jade Garden ? (orange wooden tables outside) on La Gauchetiere.
