duck confit in Madison

I want to make cassoulet, and I'm having a tough time finding duck confit in Madison, WI. I've called four butchers, Whole Foods, and a few other stores, and only one place even knew what it was, much less carried it.

There must be foodies in Madison...do you know where to find duck confit?

Sardine serves it, so you could ask them whether they preserve it in-house or have a source.

They might sell it at Steve's Liquors on University, in their "fancy" food area. You could always get a duck at Artamos and make your own...
