Great crab and mexican in Ft. Lauderdale

Hey there. Thanks in advance for any help. I am traveling to Ft. Lauderdale for a few days and was hoping for some reccomnedations for and great places to get stone crab or mexican. Does not need to be fancy but I will take any thoughts on places from a hole-in-the-wall to upscale. Again all my thanks.

Canyon is upscale Mexican and has awesome food and drinksl. For a more casual place, Tipico has great good.

I second the recommendation for Eduardo san angel - it's great. For Stone Crab, it is worth the trek south to Miami beach for Joe's Stone Crab.

For upscale Mexican Eduardo San Angel is very good. I haven't been in years, but Billy's on Hollywood Beach has all you can eat stone crabs. They're still in business and seemingly busy, so that might be an option for you. We prefer to bring them home so we don't get out for them too often.
