I have not had brunch but I have had dinner and I and my wife love the place. It's very warm and cozy serving excellent meals. I should think that brunch there in the winter would be very special. Please report back.

Have not, but was just in the area and recommend, Casey's, Brewster's(Italian) Stray Dog Cafe (all on Whittaker in New Buffalo) and the Bentwood Tavern, in the Marina Grand Resort, which is on the waterfront in NB.

Brunch at Hannah's is good. You also might want to try the sunday brunch at Skip's.The prime rib alone is worth it.

There's a previous discussion (at http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/406320 ) about this area of southwest Michigan. It mentions that Jenny Drilon, the chef/owner of the now-closed Jenny's / Moxie's, is the chef at the Bentwood Tavern in the Marina Grand Resort, and this is confirmed on the resort's website at www.marinagrandresort.com/bentwood Having eaten several times at Jenny's, I'm sure her cooking is still wonderful.

Hannah's is very good. I have never brunched there but have eaten lunch and dinner there severa times. I went to a wedding luncheon there. The food is always good. The have a standard menu with several specialty items thrown in like a Brie/Apple appetizer that is unbelievably good... the soups are all excellent... I had a Squash Soup just 2 nights ago and want the recipe. Very very good...I would recommend Hannah's to everyone !! (-:
