Sunday Lunch RW Rec??

Already headed to the modern for sunday dinner, and EMP for lunch on monday (we're out of towners).

My thoughts for Sunday lunch are chinatown brasserie, brasserie 8 1/2, mia dona, butter, or perry st.

Looking for either strong recs from those or another wild card (that is actually doing sunday lunch).
Thanks

I haven't been to any of the restaurants you are considering for Sunday lunch. Fleur de Sel, a long-time favorite, would be my strong recommendation.

I went to Butter for RW dinner last summer. Food was OK. Nothing exceptional. Good service though, didn't treat you like it was RW. Also, they sat us downstairs, which is far less pretty than the upstairs room. It was like eating in a nightclub preopenning.

though i think perry street is delicious, nearly flawless, a very good deal and always a great idea.

i'd pass on butter. i've been during restaurant week and not - it is far from exceptional under either circumstances.

I like Perry St too, but since it's $24 year-round, I wouldn't do it during RW.
