Need West Side Caterer for Dinner Party
The party will be in my home for 25 people. I have a fairly small kitchen, so I think it's best if most of the food can just be finished here. Any suggestions?

What kind of cuisine are you looking to have at your party?

I'm speaking to the Wolfgang Puck catering comoany, if that gives you an idea. Not interested in Joans on Third. Want better food than that. I may call Patina. Not sure how good they are these days but they use to make a nice party at home. Italian would be okay. No grilling because it would have to be outside and I think it will be cold and windy. We live in Brentwood and get an ocean breeze. Italian would be okay. I would do appetizers (hot and cold), a couple of entrees, and then dessert. I may get a cake on my own. It's a birthday party for 20 people. Half are family and half friends. Someone sophisticated style of food required. Not a casual party. Does that help?
Correction: Please ignore all the typos! It's probably a casual party - you can wear jeans and a t-shirt, but the tables will be set beautifully and the food must be top notch. Hope that helps give you an idea of what we're looking for.

I've been to several dinners/parties catered by Auntie Em's. They do a terrific job. All kinds of cuisines.
