interesting lunch-time tripe in C-town?

  • 1

Looking for some interesting tripe preparations in C-town for lunch (or multiple lunches) this week. I'd like something other than the typical served tripe noodle soup. I would need places with English menus. I have had the various tripe dishes at the Best Fuzhou place on Eldridge and that was great so others like it would be terrific.

  1. The tripe at Dim Sum Go Go is much better than the norm, because they use honeycomb tripe that's tender though still somewhat chewy, as opposed to the plastic-like texture of the type of tripe that typical dim sum eating halls serve. I think the tripe is actually one of the best items at Dim Sum Go Go.
