I had dinner at Spring last night. What an experience! My party and I did the tasting menu + wine pairings, and I am so glad we did. For those of you who don't get the tasting menu, I highly recommend the lemongrass soup with oxtail dumplings. It was out of this world. They also did a tuna sashimi alla salad nicoise.
The prices at Spring have gone up and down in the past couple of years, so you may want to check with the restaurant for the most up-to-date price information.
Actually, to be more accurate, they've gone down, then up; for the early part of last year, they had reduced entree prices to the teens, but they're now back to around thirty. A la carte prices are shown on the menu on their website at www.springrestaurant.net
