My choucroute dining friend, Lauren advised me to buy many macaroons, which of course would be a wise gustatory investment! However, does anyone know while visiting Paris and upon return home, can they be refrigerated or frozen? Thanks! Jeff/Miami

Refrigerated, no problem, and no loss in anything. Freezing have not done, but do not see any negative unless filling a delicate custard. Actually l eat them refrigerated as makes seem far less sweet.

Hi Jeff,

Agreed, fridge is no problem, haven't tried to freeze them yet. Hope you snagged some of the white truffle before they disappeared with the holidays!
