Sit down Mexican in Chula Vista

Looking for recs for a sit down (not to casual?) Mexican lunch in Chula Vista. While I love small taco shops, I want to take my folks out to lunch in someplace that they are more comfortable. Seafood preferred, margaritas would be nice. Thanks so much for your help.

I know you're looking for a place to sit down at, but TJ Oyster Bar in Chula Vista is good. Not the best for families, because it's so small and usually very busy. But, if you're looking for something to go, then I'd recommend. I've heard Don Pedro's is good, but I haven't had their lunch or dined in. Usually get their pozole to go, but you might want to check them out online.

Ummm yeah, in 2009 they were looking to sit down, hopefully they have by now :)

But as long as it is re-active.... I love Alejandro's in Eastlake.

LOL didn't realize the blog was that old. At least you can use it for future reference.

Another good place is El Comal, on Third Ave.

Mariscos Godoy fits that bill perfect.

How was your experience? what did you eat? What is your opinion of Godoy?
It probably is the best not too casual sit down in west Chula. The menu is extensive.
