Best Filipino food in Mira Mesa/SD

Where do folks go? When I've asked Filipino friends, they all say "At my Mom's house". Barring that, where do you eat good Filipino food?

I'm interested in finding out about this as well. Seems like all of the Filipino restaurants in MM are the greasy steam table fast food type joints.

I have no idea how authentic or good they are, but two of my coworkers love Tita's and Chings in National City. Seems like nearly all the Filipino restaurants in San Diego are on Plaza Blvd. in NC.

Most of the Filipino restaurants in Mira Mesa are fast food style places. If you want sit down Filipino restaurant then go to Villa Manila Restaurant in National City: http://www.villamanila.com/

For a look at a number of Filipino places, you should look over the relevant posts at Kirk's blog, mmm-yoso:

Tem's BBQ on near Camino Ruiz is pretty good.
I like their bbq chicken, and many people like the pork. They have grilled tilapia on Tuesdays that is very tasty.
