Landmarc for a 'meet-the-parents' (and siblings) with ten people?

Hi,

As per my original post (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/584493), I am having some trouble finding a place with a round table that can fit ten people. The Landmarc has a table that is large enough...has anyone been there? any input? Is it very noisy?

thanks

Time Warner or downtown? Been to Time Warner location. It is solid, certainly not great but it is fine and i don't think that of many places.. Way too many strollers and such but that was during the day.
Possible that downtown food is slightly better, just a guess.
Menu in TW is very extensive, too. Kind of a brasserie type place or very, very, very good diner. I know, diners are terrible nowadays not making this place out to be so awful.

The Downtown location is great. You will have a great time and the food and service will be good. It's not too noisy, and I've been in that table before - i think it's half covered, so it's a little secluded from the rest of the restaurant, which should work well for your dinner. Have fun!

agreed. I've done at least 8 people at the Landmarc downtown and everyone enjoyed it. Service is good as well. Solid choice for this occasion.

the half-covered table isnt big enough for 10 people, ive done 5 or 6 there comfortably, probably could do 8, no way 10. ive seen large parties at landmarc before, they just sit you at a round table on the second floor.

i agree with the other posters, the downtown location is great and i highly recommend it.
