seeking white truffle risotto

where is the best in DC??

  1. I don't go around taste testing white truffle risotto but I had some pretty good white truffle risotto at Dino. It's between $30 and $40 a plate (I forget exactly how much) and it's seasonal. Check their website to see if they still have it.

      The season is largely over. While white truffles still can be had, the aroma is muh reduced and the quality too variable. My advice is to wait till next year!

    2. It's been a while, but I had wonderful white truffle risotto at Cafe Milano in Georgetown. It was on special - not sure what time of year. Regardless, all of their risottos are excellent.
