i went into surfas when the charcuterie counter first opened and they didn't have any saucisson available, but they were planning on getting some.
for sure, they have saucisson and saucisson l'ail at the french market cafe on abbot-kinney.

they make fucking delicious sandwiches (saucisson+good brie=win) and you can order online, but their hours are sort of limited.
apparently, they're going to be open a bit later because they just got their liquor license/permits extended or something, but i haven't seen changed hours yet.

I thought I saw it in the refrigerated or frozen section. I saw it long bfore the had the cheese and charcuterie. The guy behind the counter told me the salumi was from Armand Batalis in Seattle. NOT, he was very missinformed or stupid, I asked about the salumi with the oaxcan seasonings and he told me they would have that soon, thing is the salumi brand they carry does not come in that flavor...........
