Old San Juan PR - Rehearsal Dinner Spots?
Hello,
I'm looking for restaurants in the Old San Juan area to host a rehearsal dinner for about 40 people. We'd like to have local / Caribbean cuisine, and a lively decor, nothing too fancy, just some place with good food and a decent atmosphere to host our friends and family. Any suggestions? I've heard good things about Parrot Club which has a private room, and Amadeus Cafe, but not sure if that would be appropriate, or accomodate a large group? Your help is greatly appreciated! Anything at the Parrot Club price (or preferably lower) would be great. THANKS!

I thought the Parrot Club was fine for lunch but a little to tourista for me and a little pricey.

The parrot club used to be delicious...I used to eat there once a week as well...that however was before the menu and chef changed. I have not been there for months as it is now off my list as well. My last dinner there was awful.
