I expect to have a bit of lobster left over tomorrow...thinking I'll make some lobster ravioli. In terms of the filling, what can I add to complement to lobster? Filler is the wrong word, but I need something to round out the filling.
In terms of a sauce, I was just thinking of sauteeing it in butter with tarragon.
Lucky you! I'll be over at 7:00. I find some minced scallions, a bit of tarragon, and a tiny bit of cheese is nice. I make mini-popovers and split them in half, lengthwise, fill them with a mix of lobster, sauteed mushrooms and onion, and some tarragon and then top them with a Tbs or so of Lobster Bisque(canned) and then a Tbs or so of shredded cheese and then put them back in the oven to heat and melt the cheese.
