sushi-grade tuna in Greenville, SC?

Can anyone in Greenville, SC recommend a good place to buy sushi-grade tuna? Fresh Market? Whole Foods?

I go to my sushi man and ask if he can get me some. He just orders extra ans I buy it direct from him.

i was at WF last night and noticed a very pretty loin of tuna in the case. I didn't notice if it was officially labled sashimi grade or not. I have not shopped much at Fresh Market since WF opened, but their tuna has never been worth eating raw in the past (I used to buy their prev. frozen tuna and sear it w/ seasame seeds, it was just barely acceptable.

report back! I'm going to make ricotta tonight, a la the article in BA, so we both are experiementing. WF has had fresh ricotta on rare occasion, but if I can figure out how to make my own...lovely. BTW, they have 20% off 6 or more bottles of wine...

Mmm, ricotta. Now I'm craving ricotta-artichoke-sausage pizza from a favorite pizza place from days gone by. Sigh.
