Andventurous/Street Food in Vallarta

I am heading to PVR early next year. I would love to try some new stuff. I am willing to eat just about anything that I have not already tried. Anyone know of a seafood market or restaurant that would accomodate that? I also love the street food there and would love to hear any ideas on maybe a new vendor or about a vendor who has some "different" options. Thanks!
