Lucca Deli on Chestnut (at Steiner). I bought some 00 flour today @ $1.99 a pound. Made pasta tonight and could not believe how much better 00 is over all purpose.

Do you hand knead the dough? I use 1/2 all purpose and 1/2 00 and it's harder to knead than all all purpose; I've been reluctant to try all 00.

Rainbow grocery sells it in bulk.

Yes, Rainbow is the best place to get it. Ask an employee if you have trouble finding it; there are many kinds of flour.

Here's a thread from a few months ago that lists many sources for 00 flour.

I googled it and it appears that Lucca Deli in the Marina sells it.
